Peter Roskam (R-IL) presented House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) with an oil painting titled Take a Knee on Tuesday as a remembrance of the unity shown by congressmen following the June 14 attack on a Republican baseball practice in Arlington, Virginia, at which Scalise was seriously wounded.
