Numerous unfinished business items were on the agenda for the village of Richmond Community Development meeting on Nov. 20.

Panino’s took up a significant part of the agenda and discussion. The restaurant has a temporary sign on the property that doesn’t have a permit. It has 14 days to apply for oor display a permit. A handicap ramp at the restaurant was also discussed, but debate was tabled because the design of the ramp’s spacing and spindles is not specific enough. The eatery's property line and walk-in cooler also were discussed.

Among other items discussed were:

**The sidewalk cafe, which ordinance is still on hold;

**Joyce McArdle was scheduled to attend the Dec. 1 meeting to discuss grants;

**The prices of movie projectors were discussed;

**The discussion for the L&L Storage sign was tabled until the property line can be confirmed;

**A permit for a sign was approved for Finery and Finished;

**Seamstress for the Band was found to be in violation of a sign ordinance for the length of display time without having a permit; and

**The committee discussed how the village can support the Richmond Food Pantry as it looks to purchase a new property.
