The Algonquin Village Board will meet as a committee of the whole at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to review 2016 and 2017 capital budgets for road projects, water and sewer work and park improvements.
Trustees will review the budget relating to street and road improvement work that would utilize motor fuel taxes, the budget for park improvements and the budget for proposed water and sewer improvements and construction.
The meeting will also include discussions regarding an agreement with Kane County in relation to Longmeadow Parkway that would transfer jurisdiction over the road to the county.
There will also be a presentation on customer service and how the village government is making improvements in this area in partnership with Citi-Works.
The board will also consider the approval of the village zoning map for this year.
