Cary Police Commission to discuss policy on retaining records

The Cary Police Commission will discuss which records to save and which to destroy at is meeting at 4 p.m. Monday in Village Hall.

The commission also will discuss establishing a records retention schedule.

The commission also will discuss an annual report in relation to the budget. 

According to the agenda, this meeting will also introduce a discussion regarding entry level testing methods for the selection of new police officers and a request for a Northwest Municipal Conference survey.

The agenda states that there will be time set aside prior to the planned agenda items for members of the public to issue commentary that involves an issue a matter of public concern for the commission’s consideration.
