The Lake in the Hills Village Board voted Jan. 28 to approve a request to allow temporary signs promoting a People for Parks Foundation event to be placed at several intersections.
The signs are to promote the People for Parks Foundation of Lake in the Hills 2016 Craft Beer Fest and Pub in the Park event that is set to take place Oct. 15. Related to the request, the council also approved waiving fees and permits for the event.
Signs were approved at the intersections at Crystal Lake and Algonquin, Pyott and Raikow, Miller and Randall, Miller and Lakewood, Lakewood and Algonquin, Acorn and Randall, Algonquin and Randall and the northwest corner of Square Barn and Algonquin.
