The Lake in the Hills Public Works Department is seeking proposals for inspection and maintenance services for electrical generators.
There are currently 11 businesses on the planholder list for this bid. Of these, two are based out of the state. Companies within the state are in Burr Ridge, Des Plaines, Belvidere, Huntley, Carol Stream, Elk Grove Village, Chicago, Woodstock and Collinsville.
Interested businesses will need to complete a company profile on the bidding page on the village website and be added to the planholder list. Those on this list have full access to the bid in question, and the details regarding the scope of work and what will be needed.
The department will consider all bids that are submitted and will select the bid that offers the services needed with regard to the allocated budget.
Proposals need to be submitted by 10 a.m. March 9.
