The Huntley Historic Preservation Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Village Hall to discuss properties to award with certificates of appreciation.
This certificate recognizes the efforts of properties and groups that have served historic preservation efforts. Minutes from the commission's Jan. 19 meeting state that the award was given to Strodes Vermont Colonial Furniture in 2006 and they were being considered for another award.
The commission also is scheduled to discuss matters related to Look at Local History Events for May and nominee properties for the commission’s Pride in Preservation award.
The commission also is slated to consider revisions to the Historic Preservation Ordinance and the landmark designations within the Second Street Historic District.
