The village of Huntley Plan Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Village Hall to consider a final plat of subdivision and zoning requests to allow a self-storage facility on approximately 7.6 acres at Kiley Drive and Ruth Road.
Merchants Retail Partners is requesting the rezoning and a special-use permit to allow the facility the property, owned by Tina Deneke.
The property is currently zoned as a general office district.
