The McHenry City Council will meet 7:00 p.m. Monday to vote on a motion to approve a $1.65 million payment to Williams Brothers Construction for wastewater treatment plan improvements.
The council also will consider approving a renewal of a tenant lease agreement with Trey & Tom Corp., doing business as Main Street Station, at 4005 W. Main S. for $950 per month for the term of one-year beginning May 1.
Also on the agenda are several intergovernmental agreements for dispatch services involving the village of Union, the Fox River Grove Fire Department, Cary Fire Protection District and Nunda Rural Fire Protection District.
Also scheduled to be discussed is a special event liquor license for outdoor service of alcohol for Nicolino’s Trackside annual Kentucky Derby even on May 7.
