The Crystal Lake Planning and Zoning Commission considered a proposed subdivision at its April 20 meeting.

The Crystal Lake Planning and Zoning Commission considered a comprehensive plan amendment related to a request for a land use change and preliminary plat for a subdivision near Route 176 and Bryn Mawr Lane on April 20.

The request would change land use for the approximately 192 acres from estate residential and office to urban residential, high density residential and commerce.

The proposed subdivision would include 300 single-family lots and 203 multifamily lots with outlots for detention, open space and a park site.
