Cary zoning panel to consider Cary Avenue rezoning request, library's request for variations

The Cary Board of Zoning, Planning and  Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

The Cary Board of Zoning, Planning and Appeals consists of seven residents appointed by the mayor. The board makes recommendations to the Village Board on land use issues pertaining to the village's zoning ordinance, including proposed variations, text amendments, map amendments, conditional use permits and appeals of decisions made by the zoning administrator. The Board of Zoning, Planning and Appeals usually meets at 7:30 p.m. the second and fourth Thursday of the month in Village Hall, 655 Village Hall Drive.
