Fox River Grove approves church lot maintenance agreement

The Fox River Grove Village Board of Trustees met May 5.

Fox River Grove is a non-home rule community governed by a Village President and six Trustees who are elected to four-year staggered terms. The purpose of the Village Board is to maintain and enhance Fox River Grove by providing quality services to residents and businesses in a cost-effective manner and by continuing to improve the physical and economic environment of the community through partnerships with those individuals and organizations affected.

Minutes of the regular board meeting - May 5

CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

President Nunamaker called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Center. Present at roll call were Trustees Anderson, Blohm, Curtiss, Migdal and Wall. Trustee Knar was absent. Also present were Administrator Soderholm, Management Assistant Bechler and Village Clerk Brouder.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

PUBLIC COMMENT

None.

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: APRIL 21, 2016 VILLAGE BOARD MINUTES

Trustee Anderson made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 21, 2016 Village Board meeting. Trustee Curtiss seconded. Roll Call: Trustees Anderson, Curtiss, Migdal – all “yes”. Trustees Blohm and Wall abstained. MOTION PASSED.

2. APPROVAL: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MAY 5, 2016

Trustee Curtiss made a motion to approve the Accounts Payable for May 5, 2016. Trustee Migdal seconded. Roll Call: Trustees Anderson, Blohm, Curtiss, Migdal and Wall – all “yes”. MOTION PASSED.

3. APPROVAL: CHURCH LOT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

Trustee Blohm made a motion to approve the Church Lot Maintenance Agreement. Trustee Migdal seconded. Roll Call: Trustees Anderson, Blohm, Curtiss, Migdal and Wall – all “yes”. MOTION PASSED.

ADJOURNMENT

Trustee Wall made a motion to adjourn the Village Board Meeting at 6:40 p.m. Trustee Blohm seconded. Roll Call: Trustees Anderson, Blohm, Curtiss, Knar and Migdal – all “yes”. MOTION PASSED.
