The Woodstock Public Library Board has nine trustees appointed by the mayor while the Rural Woodstock Public Library District Board has seven elected trustees. The Woodstock board oversees the operations and policies of the library and meets at 7:30 p.m. the first Thursday of each month at the library, 414 W. Judd St. The Rural Woodstock Public Library Board meets at 7:00 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month.
