The village of Huntley Plan Commission met Oct. 10 to review a request for a boutique style retail space.

PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLAN COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF HUNTLEY IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF ) Lisa and Randy Uidl ) 11103 South Church Street ) Huntley, IL 60142 ) LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Huntley, Illinois, that a public hearing will be held before the Huntley Plan Commission upon the application of Lisa and Randy Uidl, relating to the real estate commonly known as 11103 South Church Street; PIN: 18-33-127-021. The ±0.16- acre site is generally located on the west side of Church Street, two lots south of Main Street. This application is filed in compliance with Section 156.204 of the Village of Huntley Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of requesting (i) an Amendment to the Village of Huntley Zoning Map to rezone said property from “R-2” Single Family Residence District to “B-4” Adaptive Reuse Business District and (ii) a Special Use Permit to allow required off-street parking spaces to be located in a different zoning district than the subject property. The petitioners are requesting the proposed amendment and special use in order to open a boutique style retail space. The Village of Huntley Plan Commission public hearing to consider the request will take place on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 6:30 pm at the Village Board Room, 10987 Main Street, Huntley, IL, 60142, at which time and place any person determining to be heard may be present.
