1. Ordinance – Special Use B3 Service & Retail District at 700 McHenry Avenue

a) Approve an Ordinance Amending Various Sections of the City Code of Woodstock, Illinois to adopt a text amendment to the City’s Unified Development Ordinance, to allow single-family detached dwellings as a special use permit in areas zoned B3 – Service & Retail District.

b) Adopt an Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit to allow a Single-Family Detached Dwelling at 700 McHenry Avenue.

2. Ordinance– Sale of Surplus Equipment

Approve an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale Of Personal Property Owned By The City Of Woodstock designating the miscellaneous equipment described previously as surplus property and authorizing and directing the City Manager to dispose of said property as allowed by law, including but not limited to sale to the highest bidder on www.GovDeals.com, recycling, donation, and/or disposal.

3. Resolution - Street Resurfacing - Change Order #1

Approve a Resolution authorizing a change order, increasing the 2017 Street Resurfacing Contract with Plote Construction Inc. by the amount of $64,176.66.

4. Resolution – NASPO

Approve a Resolution Authorizing participation in the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint Purchasing Program.

5. Award of Contract – Well Maintenance

a) Authorize a waiver of competitive bids for maintenance work related to Well #7, and

b) Approve a proposal from Layne Christensen Company to provide materials, labor, and equipment to pull, inspect, and reinstall Well # 7 (as described in their proposal dated August 7, 2017) for a total estimated cost not to exceed $45,993.

6. Ordinance – Amendment to Benton Street Boardwalk Rules and Regulations

Approve an Ordinance amending the hours of operations and allowing alcohol sales on the Benton Street Boardwalk from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sundays through Thursdays, and from 11:00 AM To 11:00 PM On Fridays, Saturdays, And On Those Holidays Identified In The City Code.
