A. Motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the January 9, 2018 Committee of the Whole meeting.

B. Motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the January 11, 2018 Village Board meeting.

6. Omnibus Agenda

A. Motion to waive the provisions of Section 43.09, Noise, of the Lake in the Hills Municipal Code to allow the Property Owners Association to host a live band from 6pm to 9pm on Saturday, February 27, 2018.

B. Motion to suspend enforcement activities from March 10, 2018 until April 14, 2018, from April 27, 2018 until June 9, 2018, from June 29, 2018 until July 14, 2018, from July 21, 2018 until August 20, 2018, from August 31, 2018 until October 21, 2018, from October 27, 2018 until November 18, 2018 and from November 24, 2018 until December 9, 2018 to allow the installation of temporary signage at the intersections of Oak & Pyott, Pyott & Rakow, Hilltop & Algonquin, Lakewood & Algonquin, and Miller & Lakewood for various events being held by the American Legion Post #1231 throughout 2018.

C. Motion to approve the Raffle License Request and waive the Fidelity Bond Requirement for American Legion Post #1231.

D. Motion to approve Village Support, as discussed at the January 23, 2018 Committee of the Whole meeting, for the 5K Race and Carnival that will be held during the 2018 Rockin’ Rotary Ribfest.

E. Motion to pass Ordinance 2018- ____, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 33, Liquor Control and Liquor Licensing, Section 33.22 “Closing Hours” of the Lake in the Hills Municipal Code.

F. Motion to waive the competitive bidding process and approve a single source purchase of a Storage Area Network (SAN) from Advance Business Networks in the amount of $25,378.00.

G. Motion to approve and authorize the Village President to execute the Side Letter of Agreement between Metropolitan Alliance of Police, Lake in the Hills, Civilian Chapter 168 and the Village of Lake in the Hills.

H. Motion to pass Ordinance 2018- ____, An Ordinance Authorizing the Disposal of Surplus Property Owned by the Village of Lake in the Hills.

I. Motion to waive the competitive bidding process and authorize the purchase of a Ford Escape from Currie Motors for a total cost of $22,593.00.

J. Motion to waive the competitive bidding process and authorize the purchase of two Ford F450 cabs and chassis from Currie Motors for a total cost of $87,940.00.

K. Motion to authorize the purchase of two Dump Bodies and Snow Plowing equipment from Henderson Products for a total cost of $90,650.00.

L. Motion to award a contract to Corrective Asphalt Materials for the 2018 Pavement Rejuvenator Project in the amount of $28,310.00.

M. Motion to approve and authorize the Village President and Village Clerk to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement with McHenry County, conveying a parcel of Village owned land and granting the County a temporary easement on a Village owned parcel for grading purposes.

N. Motion to approve and authorize the Village President to execute a Task Order with HR Green to provide engineering services for the 2018 Randall Road Water Main Relocation Project at a cost not to exceed $37,000.00.

O. Motion to pass Ordinance 2018- ___, An Ordinance Granting a Conditional Use for an Automotive Service Use at 9114 Virginia Road, Suite 111.

P. Motion to approve a waiver of the application fees and authorize staff to perform public notice of variance hearings for 24 properties impacted by acquisitions related to the Randall Road Improvement project.

Q. Motion to approve the request from Thomas Kelecius, owner of Patriot Productions of Illinois, to charge admission for their production of “Born British, Died American…Reflections” at the LaBahn Hain House on April 15, 2018 and three additional dates in 2018.
