6. John Giannasi/Front Street Tap Milk Day Request – Saturday, June 2nd, 2018
John Giannasi/Front Street Tap is requesting a Milk Day Certificate pursuant to Section 25.06B.2. Fees/security deposit have been paid. Will require action from the City Council to approve or deny the request.
7. 2018 MFT Road Program
Bid opening for the 2018 MFT Road Program was held on March 16, 2018. Action requested is to approve a resolution to award the contract to Payne and Dolan for their low bid in the amount of $159,472.01 and to authorize the Mayor & City Clerk’s execution of all contract documents.
8. Illinois Public Risk Fund (IPRF) Agreement and Bylaws
The IPRF covers the City’s workman’s compensation insurance. The Fund Board recently amended their by-laws which will require approval by the City Council. Action requested is adoption of the agreement and to authorize the Mayor’s execution of all necessary documents.
9. Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 13C.05(A) Water and Sewer User Service Charges
Pursuant to the Water & Sewer Committee’s recommendation, the proposed ordinance amends Section 13C.05(A) of the Harvard Municipal Code to add an infrastructure fee. Action requested is to approve the proposed ordinance.
10. Chapter 22, Peddler’s & Solicitors - Refer to Ordinance Committee for Review
11. Swimming Pool Fee Schedule
Action requested is to approve the Swimming Pool Fee Schedule pursuant to the Park Board’s recommendation.
