a. Crystal Lake Teen Center (The BREAK), 6292 Northwest Highway – Temporary Class “19” Liquor License request for an Oktoberfest fundraising event to be held on September 15, 2018.

b. Downtown Crystal Lake/Main Street – Special Event Approval for a Gazebo Dinner Fundraiser; and Class 16 Temporary Liquor License Request, for September 6, 2018, in the gazebo in Depot Park; and waiver of the application fees.

c. Copley Annexation Agreement reconsideration - request to be continued to the October 2, 2018 regular City Council meeting.

d. Designation and Auction Sale of Surplus Property.

10. 234 Second Street – Variation to provide an enclosed parking space; and Special Use Permit for a home occupation that is located in an accessory structure.

11. Rezone to Residential Office at various locations between Woodstock St. and Crystal Lake Ave.

12. UDO Text Amendment to allow Photography Studios as a permitted use in the M-Manufacturing zoning district.

13. Woodlore Estates – Phase 2A Final Plat of Subdivision; and approval of the Plat of Vacation and Dedication within the subdivision.

14. Crystal Lake Gas Inc. (Marathon), 770 S. Virginia - City Code Amendment to increase the number of Class “13” Liquor Licenses from the current permitted 29 to 30 licenses.

15. Carlos Mexican Grill 3, 282 W. Virginia - City Code Amendment to increase the number of Class “28” Liquor Licenses from the current permitted 15 to 16 licenses and to increase the number of Video Gaming Licenses from the current permitted 15 to 16 licenses.

16. Resolution authorizing the execution of a one-year lease agreement with Lou Street Lockup for the property located at 6210 Lou Street.

18. Resolution adopting a City Traffic Calming Policy.

19. Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds for the Route 14 and Virginia Road Intersection Improvement.
