State House race: Republican Weber wins voter tally in Nunda Township

Tom Weber led Democrat Trisha Zubert in votes cast in Nunda Township for the District 64 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Weber appeared to outpace Zubert by a margin of 11.4 percent on Tuesday in the township.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Republican Barbara Wheeler, won by a margin of 42.6 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Democrat Joel Mains, who received 2,477 votes to Wheeler's 6,157.
