Q2 real estate sales report: Oakwood Hills

Median prices rose in Oakwood Hills over last year, and are down 18.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 13 homes sold in Oakwood Hills for a median price of $223,000. That's 8.2 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 1 home in Oakwood Hills was in foreclosure.

Median property tax for homeowners in Oakwood Hills was $5,908.33 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.9 percent of their home's value in taxes.
