City of Harvard Public Property Committee met July 11.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Chairman Meza called the Public Property Committee meeting to order at 6:01 pm. Public Property Committee members present were Alderman Raul Meza and Aldermen Jay Schulz, Alderman Matt Perkins, Alderman Dan Carncross. Also present Mayor Michael Kelly, Alderman Charles Gorman, Alderwoman Bona Heinsohn, City Administrator Dave Nelson, Community Development Director Steve Santeler and Code Enforcement Officer Anne Nutley
PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE
VIEW PROPERTY LOCATED AT 607 N. HOWARD ST.
The Committee walked through the property and discussed the potential of the sale of the land and or building. Motion by Alderman Schulz to declare the property surplus and to bid the property out with a minimum bid of $8,000.00 Seconded by Alderman Meza. All ayes motion passed.
Motion made by Alderman Perkins to adjourn seconded by Alderman Carncross. All ayes motion passed.
