City of Harvard Park Board met Aug. 19.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
Chairman Jay Schulz called the meeting to order and called roll at 6:00 pm. Committee members present:
Chairman Jay Schulz, Alderwoman Bona Heinsohn, Alderman Charlie Gorman, Alderman Matt Perkins, Joel Kriete, Scott Logan and Jose Saucedo. Member Mike Vest was absent. Also present was Supt. Ryan Knop.

Facility Tour
The Park Board met Northfield Avenue Park and walked the park.
• The overall condition is good.
• Tennis court needs to be resurfaced.
• Plant growth/weeds around gazebos need to be removed and turned to grass.
• Possible home for a dog park given the parks central location to city neighborhoods
At 6:45 pm, a motion was made by Alderwoman Heinsohn, seconded by Alderman Perkins to adjourn the meeting. All ayes. Motion carried.
