Woodstock Community Unit School District 200 Board of Education met Oct. 15.

I - CALL TO ORDER
President Mr. Gilmore called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
II - ROLL CALL
Present: Dr. Bidw ell, Mr. Gilmore, Mr. Headley, Mr. Homuth, Mr. Miceli (arrived at 6:22 p.m.), Mr. Parisi, and Dr. Moan, Superintendent.
Absent: Dr. Farris
III - SUPERINTENDENTS REPORT
1. Dr. Moan shared information regarding student achievement; enhanced curricular offerings; facility renovations including security upgrades; and the District’s financial position.
IV - CLOSED SESSION
MOTION -- Moved by Mr. Parisi and seconded by Mr. Headley to go into closed session at 6:07 p.m. to discuss self-evaluation, practices and procedures, or professional ethics, w hen meeting with a representative of a statewide association of which the District is a member, with roll call vote as follows:
Mr. Parisi - Yes
Mr. Headley - Yes
Dr. Bidw ell - Yes
Mr. Homuth - Yes
Mr. Gilmore - Yes
The Board Returned to Open Session at 8:40 p.m.
V - BOARD POLICY REVIEW
The Board considered policies for revision.
