SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to waive the reading of and approve the Consent Agenda as printed in the Board Agenda.

Move to approve the Consent Agenda including minutes, personnel matters, a Woodstock High School choir and orchestra overnight request - Woodstock High School choir and orchestra to attend ILMEA All-State Convention, Peoria, Illinois, January 29 - February 1, 2020; and Woodstock High School co-curricular fundraising requests 2019-2020.
