6. Z-960 – Minor Variation - To allow a rear yard setback of 11 feet in lieu of the required 25 feet.

      b. Requested Action: Approval of a minor variation to allow a rear yard setback of 11 feet in lieu of the required 25 feet to accommodate an expansion of the existing attached garage.

      c. Location of Subject Property: 5313 W. Shore Drive, McHenry, IL 60050 on the southeast corner of Sherman Drive and W. Shore Drive.

      b. Requested Action: Approval of a conditional use permit to operate a licensed cannabis craft-grow, infusion, transportation, and dispensary business.

      c. Location of Subject Property: 4610 Prime Parkway, McHenry, IL 60050

9. Z-964 – Conditional Use Permit to operate an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility.

      a. Applicant: Dover Development, LLC., 300 Hunter Avenue, Suite 200, St. Louis, MO 63124

      b. Requested Action: Approval of a conditional use permit to operate an assisted living and memory care facility.

      c. Location of Subject Property: Vacant lot consisting of 5.33 acres, more or less, located approximately 770 west of the intersection of Blake Boulevard and N. Richmond Rd., south of the Meijer grocery store.
