5. 2020-023 LIPPOLD PARK – SOCCER FEDERATION - 851 Terra Cotta Ave – PUBLIC HEARING
It is requested to continue this item to the June 3, 2020 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
Special Use Permit Amendment to allow a 24-hour soccer tournament, which includes field illumination.
6. 2019-113 RAISING CANES RESTAURANT – 5417 Northwest Hwy – PUBLIC MEETING
A motion is requested to set a public hearing date of May 20, 2020
Preliminary and Final Planned Unit Development for a new Limited Service restaurant.
7. 2020-45 799 NORTH SHORE VARIATION – PUBLIC HEARING
Variation from Article 3 Density and Dimensional Standards and Article 4-600 Accessory Structures to allow an accessory structure, an attached deck, to extend 6 feet from the house, which would leave a setback of 4 inches on the west and leave a setback of 19.45 feet in the front.
8. 2020-49 491 GOLF ROAD SPECIAL USE PERMIT – PUBLIC HEARING
Special Use Permit to allow a garage over 900 square feet.
9. 2020-35 DARLINGTON COURT APT – 595 DARLINGTON LN – PUBLIC HEARING
Planned Unit Development Amendment to construct a clubhouse and trash enclosure.
10. 2020-48 COVENTRY SCHOOL – 820 DARLINGTON LN – PUBLIC HEARING
Special Use Permit Amendment to modify the parking lot adding 9 spaces, realigning the driveways and adding a new driveway onto Darlington Lane.
11. 2020-039 UDO TEXT AMENDMENT – PUBLIC HEARING
Text Amendment to restrict the maximum number of Special Use Permits for Cannabis Dispensaries to two (2).
