ILLINOIS STATE HOUSE DISTRICT 63: Rep. Reick and the Harvard Police Dept. to host drive-through Prescription Rx Drop Off on August 20

Illinois State House District 63 issued the following announcement on Aug. 3

State Representative Steve Reick (R-Woodstock) and the Harvard Police Dept. are partnering together to host a free, drive-through prescription drug drop off event with the Harvard Police Department on Thursday, August 20thth.

Residents are invited to drop off expired or unused medications to be properly disposed of. Accepted items that residents may drop off include prescription medications, prescription ointments and patches, vitamins and pet medicines. Restricted items include hypodermic needles and illegal drugs.

DATE: Thursday, August 20, 2020

TIME: 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.

LOCATION: Harvard Police Dept., 201 W. Front Street, Harvard

Guests can practice social distancing and will not have to leave their car. Just follow the marked lanes into the parking lot and drop your items into a collection bin. The items will be safely disposed of during the drop off.
