City of Crystal Lake Planning and Zoning Commission met July 6.

A Simplified Residential Variation to allow a deck to encroach 15 feet into the required 30-foot front yard setback, a variation of 15 feet.
5. 2022-96 – 751 E. TERRA COTTA AVENUE – SUNRISE ASSISTED LIVING – FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT – PUBLIC HEARING
A Final Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow the expansion of the parking lot with variations from the required parking lot landscaping.
6. 2022-110 – 4812 NORTHWEST HIGHWAY – CHICK-FIL-A – SPECIAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT – PUBLIC HEARING
An Amendment to the Special Use Permit to allow alterations to the site plan and elevations to construct a canopy over the drive-through lanes and order pick-up area.

A Special Use Permit to allow a Veterinary Service Clinic without outdoor area.
8. 2022-122 – 875 S. ROUTE 31 – MERCYHEALTH – FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – PUBLIC HEARING
A Final Planned Unit Development to allow variations for wall and free-standing signs for the hospital complex.
