CALL TO ORDER:
On Monday, November 14, 2022, a meeting of the Village of Huntley Police Commission was called to order at 8:05 A.M. at the Municipal Complex, Village Board Room, 10987 Main Street, Huntley, Illinois 60142. This room is handicap accessible.

The General Session meeting minutes of May 3, 2022 were reviewed.
A MOTION was made to approve the May 3, 2022 General Session Commission Meeting Minutes. Moved: Chairman Jim Burgess

The Voice Vote noted all ayes and the motion carried.
The Executive Session meeting minutes of May 3, 2022 were reviewed.

Police Officer Lateral Eligibility List
Chief Porter presented on the current eligibility list and the limited candidate pool the village received.
Police Officer New Recruitment Eligibility List
Director of Human Resources, Chrissy Hoover presented an update on the new recruitment eligibility process. 37 applications were received by Stanard, and 26 candidates took the written exam. All candidates that took the written exam passed.
A MOTION was made to enter Executive Session to conduct oral interviews of new recruit candidates and review lateral transfer background reports.

RECESS TO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 8:27 AM
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION AT 5:28 PM
REPORT ON EXECUTIVE SESSION
A MOTION was made to make Conditional Offers of Employment to candidate #1 & #2 on the Lateral Transfer Eligibility List, absent any negative information obtained from further discussion to clarify annual evaluation comments with candidate #2’s direct supervisor.

NEW BUSINESS:
Director of Human Resources, Chrissy Hoover reviewed the tentative new recruit Initial Eligibility List.
A MOTION was made to certify the New Recruit Initial Eligibility List.
