1. Appointments/Reappointments of Board/Commission Members (226a) 

Mayor's Appointments/Reappointments of Board/Commission Members to the City’s Boards and Commissions.

2. Ordinance – Special Use Permit – 1411 S. Eastwood Drive (226b)

Approval of an Ordinance issuing a Special Use Permit to allow a Cannabis Dispensing Organization at 1411 S. Eastwood Drive, Woodstock, Illinois. DOC. 1

3. Ordinance – Water & Sewer – CIP Budget Amendment for FY23/24 (226c)

An Ordinance Amending the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget for the Water & Sewer – CIP Fund. DOC. 2

4. Contract Award – Park in the Square, Statue Fence Repairs (226d)

Approval to award a contract, utilizing Home Rule authority and waiving of bids, for removal and replacement of the concrete curb with decorative fencing surrounding the statue in the Park in the Square to G. Fisher Commercial Construction, Inc., Aurora, IL in the amount of $41,136.

5. Contract Award – Sunnyside Playground Improvements (226e)

Approval to award contract/purchase agreement, utilizing Home Rule authority and waiving of bids, for the following:

a. A contract for installation of playground equipment to Hacienda Landscaping of Minooka, IL at a total cost of $38,300; and

b. A purchase agreement for the procurement of playground features from Parkreation of Prospect Heights, IL at a total cost of $61,676.35.

6. Professional Services –Design Engineering – 2024 Enhanced Streets Program (226f)

Approval to award a contract, utilizing Home Rule authority and waiving of the RFP process, to authorize the City Manager to accept the proposal submitted by Trotter and Associates, Inc. to provide design engineering services for the 2024 Enhanced Streets Improvement Program, subject to final attorney review and approval, at a total cost not to exceed $700,000.

7. Contract Award – Interior Video Surveillance (226g)

Approval to award a contract to Vack Inc. to provide and install new video surveillance cameras in the Old Courthouse Center, utilizing a new server with the Hanwa Video Management System, as well as provide and install new video surveillance at the Woodstock Opera House and authorize the City Manager to execute said contract for a total cost of $43,414.

8. Approval of Purchase – New Firewalls (226h)

Approval to purchase of eight Fortinet Firewalls with five years of support and maintenance from CDW-G for $63,446.94.
