a) Public Hearing, Zoning Text Amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance to allow Self-Storage Facilities as a Special Use in the B3 Service and Retail District; Zoning Map Amendment from RPUD District to B3 Service and Retail District and Special Use Permit to allow a Self-Storage Facility at 708 McHenry Avenue

b) Public Hearing, Zoning Map Amendment from B4 Office District to R4 MultiFamily Residential District to allow a Six, Two-Bedroom Apartments at the Northwest Corner of Borden Street and Kishwaukee Valley Road
