OMNIBUS AGENDA 

Move to approve the minutes of November 7, 2023 Regular Meeting of the President and Board of Trustees.

Move to approve Ordinance 23-24-12 amending Chapter 3, Administration of the Johnsburg Mu nicipal Code adding Chapter 3.07, Non Public Forums

Move to approve Ordinance 23-24-13 Amending Certain Sections of Chapter 1, General Provi sions and Chapter 12 Nuisances of the Johnsburg Municipal Code.

Move to provide a Class A Liquor License for a wine bar establishment on the property at 4218 N. Johnsburg Road contingent upon successful completion of the liquor license application process.

NEW BUSINESS

VILLAGE BOARD 

Move to approve Ordinance 23-24-14 an Ordinance authorizing the Village of Johnsburg, McHenry County, Illinois, to issue Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds or, in lieu thereof, General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) (said bonds being generalobligation bonds to be issued in one or more series, on a taxable or tax-exempt basis, for which property taxes, unlimited as to rate or amount, may be levied, but which are expected to be paid from the net revenues of the waterworks and sewerage system of said Village) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $5,500,000 for the purpose of paying the costs of financing various capital improvements to the waterworks and sewerage system of the Village.

Move to accept proposal from HR Green in the amount of $109,620 for water tower design
