5.3 Consideration - Resolution Approving the Payment of Invoices for the Second Part of March 2024 Prior to the April 11, 2024 Village Board Meeting

5.4 Consideration - Resolution Declaring Surplus Property and Granting Approval of the Sale and/or Disposal of Village-Owned Property (Vehicles and Equipment)

5.5 Consideration - Approval of Payout Request No. 3 (Final) to ClearSpan for the West WWTP Covered Sludge Storage Pad in the amount of $79,628

5.6 Consideration - Resolution Approving the Purchase of Road Rock Salt through the State of Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) Joint Purchasing Procurement Program

6. Items For Discussion and Consideration

6.1 Consideration - Ordinance Approving Relief for a Wall Sign for Incredible Builders, Inc., 13332 Village Green Drive

6.2 Consideration - Ordinance Approving (i) a Text Amendment to Allow a Fuel Dispenser as an Accessory Use Under Special Uses in the “C-2” Regional Retail Zoning District; (ii) a Special Use Permit for a Fuel Dispenser as an Accessory Use; (iii) an Amendment to the Special Use Permit for the Expansion of the Recreational Vehicle Sales and Service Use; and (iv) Site Plan Review, Including Necessary Relief, for General RV Located at 14000 Automall Drive

6.3 Consideration - Approving the Purchase of a New Automotive Lift:

i. Resolution Approving the Purchase of a Rotary AR022 4-Post Automotive Lift from NAPA Auto Parts through Sourcewell Contract No. 013020-GPC in the Amount of $58,192.85

ii. Ordinance Approving an Amendment to the FY24 Budget

6.4 Consideration - Approval of the Village of Huntley 2024 Street Improvement Program

i. Resolution to Appropriate $1,250,000 in Motor Fuel Tax Funds for Maintenance of Streets and Highways for the 2024 Street  Improvement Program

ii. Resolution Authorizing a Bid Award and a Construction Contract with Schroeder Asphalt Services, Inc. for the 2024 Street Improvement Program in the Option #1 Bid Amount of $3,040,157.40

6.5 Consideration - Resolution Approving a Proposal for Professional Construction Engineering Services for the 2024 MFT Street Improvement Program – Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd in an Amount Not To Exceed $259,000

6.6 Consideration - Resolution Approving a Proposal for Professional Design Engineering Services for Pedestrian Crossing Improvements on Del Webb Boulevard – Christopher

B. Burke Engineering, Ltd in an Amount Not To Exceed $35,000

6.7 Consideration - Resolution Authorizing a Fireworks Display Agreement with Mad Bomber Fireworks Productions for the period 2024-2027
