6.1 Petition No. 24-06.03 , Inder Virk, as Petitioner and Owner, Relating to the property known as Lot 205 of the Fitzgerald Subdivision (located on the south east corner of Charles H. Sass Parkway and Main Street, directly north of the Estates at Lion’s Chase Residential Subdivision), Request for approval of Final Planned Unit Development, including any necessary relief, in accordance with the plans that have been submitted to, and are on file with, the Village of Huntley, pursuant to the requirements of Section 156.204 of the Huntley Zoning Ordinance.

This petition is a continuation of the June 10, 2024, Plan Commission public hearing.

6.2 Petition No. 24-06.04 , James Schwartz/WorkUP Ninja, Petitioner, and Prop Dynamics LLC XXXII, Owner, Relating to the property located at 10711-10713 Wolf Drive, Request for approval of a Special Use Permit for Indoor Amusement for a commercial or nonprofit indoor health and exercise club, in  accordance with the plans that have been submitted to, and are on file with, the Village of Huntley, pursuant to the requirements of Section 156.204 of the Huntley Zoning Ordinance.

6.3 Petition No. 24-06.05 , Who Brew IL I, LLC, Petitioner, and Core Huntley LLC, as Owner, Relating to the property known as Lot 4a of the Huntley Crossings Lot 4 Resubdivision (generally located on the southeast corner of IL Route 47 and Huntley Crossings Drive) Request for approval of (i) a Special Use Permit for Drive-Through Food Service; and (ii) Final Planned Unit Development, including any necessary relief, in accordance with the plans that have been submitted to, and are on file with, the Village of Huntley, pursuant to the requirements of Section 156.204 of the Huntley Zoning Ordinance.
