6.2 Consideration - Resolution Approving the Purchase of Three 2025 5-Yard Dump Trucks from Bonnell Industries, Inc. through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program in the Amount of $849,060.42 ($283,020.14 each)

6.3 Consideration - Resolution Approving the Purchase of a 2025 6-Wheeler Dump Truck from Bonnell Industries, Inc. through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program in the Amount of $362,866.10

6.4 Consideration - Resolution Approving the Purchase of a 2025 F-550 Truck From Bonnell Industries, Inc. through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program in the Amount of $176,742.90

6.5 Consideration - Resolution Approving the Purchase of Two 2025 Ford F-250 Trucks from the Sutton Ford Commercial  Truck Center through the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative Program in the Amount of $99,210 ($49,605 each)

6.6 Consideration - Resolution Approving the Purchase of a 2025 John Deere Gator XUV845M from AHW LLC through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program in the Amount of $30,024.13

6.8 Consideration - Approval of Payout Request No. 5 to Boller Construction Company for the Construction of Water Well No. 13 Water Treatment Plant in the amount of $206,960.81

6.9 Consideration - Resolution Waiving Competitive Bidding and Approving the Purchase of LED Street Light Fixtures from Steiner Electric in the Amount of $425,100 For the 2025 LED Street Light Replacement Program

6.10 Consideration - Resolution Approving FY25 IEPA Program and As-Needed Community Water Supply and Wastewater Testing Services with Pace Analytical Services in an Amount Not to Exceed $52,000

6.11 Consideration - Resolution Authorizing the Renewal of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Kane County for Animal Control Services in the Kane County Portion of the Village

6.12 Consideration - Approval of the Annual Contribution Payment to the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency (IRMA) in the Amount of $400,000
