Follow up to the MCDH Ordinance that includes pool barrier requirements across McHenry County.

8.2 Discussion of Accessory Structures without association to Principal Structure

The issue is focused on docks installed on recently created lots that are insufficient to meet any zoning district and are not tied to a principal structure.
