Village of Lake in the Hills Board of Trustees met Sept. 25

5. Consent Agenda
This portion of the agenda contains several items which will be acted upon in one motion unless any Trustee wishes to remove an item. For members of the public, copies of the agenda are available at the entryway.
A. Motion to accept and place on file the minutes of the September 11, 2025 Board of Trustees meeting.
B. Motion to approve the September 26, 2025 Schedule of Bills, total of all funds in the amount of $349,149.96.
C. Motion to approve the August 2025 Manual Bills, total of all funds in the amount of $1,714,609.19.
6. Items for Discussion and Consideration
The Board may combine multiple items in the same motion. A Trustee may at any time request that the combined action be voted upon in separate motions.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
A. Ordinance granting a Variation to reduce the Minimum Front Yard for a sunroom addition at 600 Huron Trail.
B. Ordinance amending Chapter 35, Solicitation, Section 35.13, Food Vendors, and Appendix B, Comprehensive Fine and Fee Schedule of the Lake in the Hills Municipal Code.
PARKS & RECREATION
C. Agreement with GameTime for the provision and installation of equipment at Jaycee Park.
