Kettering University recognizes Nicholas Facchini on Summer 2025 Dean’s List

Nicholas Facchini of Crystal Lake, Illinois, has been named to the Dean's List at Kettering University for the Summer 2025 term. Facchini is pursuing a major in Mechanical Engineering.

The Dean's List at Kettering University recognizes students who achieve strong academic results. Eligibility requires students to be degree-seeking, maintain a minimum term grade point average of 3.5, earn at least 16 credits in the term, and receive no grades below a B.

"Being named to the Dean's List is a testament to the dedication and excellence of our students," Kettering University Provost James Zhang said. "It reflects their hard work and their ability to thrive in a challenging academic environment. Our rigorous programs are designed for driven students to push boundaries and inspire growth. I am very proud that so many of our students have risen to that challenge with remarkable success."

Kettering University announced that more than 230 students were recognized on the Summer 2025 Dean's List.

Founded in 1919 in Flint, Michigan, Kettering University offers educational programs that combine classroom learning with paid work experience through cooperative employer partnerships. The university is known for its programs in engineering, mathematics, business, and science and is recognized for its focus on career preparation and return on investment.
