5. OLD BUSINESS: Public Hearing, Approval of a Special Use Permit/Planned Unit Development and preliminary/final plat of subdivision to allow a mixed-use development with retail, including resale with drive-up donations, self-storage and automobile service uses, 2050 S. Eastwood Drive

6. NEW BUSINESS: 2026 Meeting Calendar
7. DISCUSSION:
a) There is not a scheduled Plan Commission Meeting in November due to the Thanksgiving Holiday Break.
b) Staff is requesting a special meeting to be held on November 13th for a presentation by Consultants, Clarion Associates and Codametrics for an assessment of the City of Woodstock Unified Development Ordinance.
