Crystal Lake Community Consolidated School District 47 recently issued the following announcement.
To be eligible for District 47's Extended School Year (ESY) program, children must be receiving special education services and recommended for the summer program as part of their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
ESY services are provided only to eligible students as determined by the District 47 IEP team.To register for ESY, parents need to complete and submit a registration/transportation form. Click here for a link to the forms and ESY schedule.
