Harvard Community Unit School District 50 issued the following announcement on Sept. 18.
Do you want to make a difference in your child’s school? Please consider joining our Parent Advisory Council (PAC).
PAC helps us learn about the district from a parent/guardian viewpoint. We invite families from all five of our schools to participate in our PAC with Superintendent Dr. Tafoya.
We have scheduled three PAC meetings throughout the school year. We meet at the Central Office building located at 401 N. Division at 6:30 p.m. and finish no later than 8:00 p.m.
2019-2020 PAC Meetings
- Tuesday, October 8
- Tuesday, February 4
- Tuesday, March 31
The purpose of these meetings is to share innovations from the district and to hear from you to determine strengths and areas to improve. Over the last two years, our conversations have led to many changes in our schools.
The meetings are informal, and you will always have an agenda to know what we plan to discuss. There will always be open time to ask questions or share any thoughts you might have.

Nuestro Consejo Asesor de Padres (PAC) nos ayuda a aprender sobre el distrito desde el punto de vista de los padres / guardianes. Invitamos a las familias de nuestras cinco escuelas a participar en nuestro PAC con el Superintendente Dr. Corey Tafoya.
Hemos programado tres reuniones de PAC durante todo el año escolar. Nos reunimos en el edificio de la Oficina Central ubicado en 401 N. Division a las 6:30 p.m. y terminan a más tardar a las 8:00 p.m.
