Harvard Community Unit School District 50 issued the following announcement on Nov. 18.
Congratulations to our very own Dr. Tafoya for his incredible dedication to District 50 and his career by earning his AASA National Superintendent Certification.
The program requires 20 months of work on real-world current issues and events. Last week, Dr. Tafoya received his diploma to officially graduate from the program after completing his extensive capstone project. He is one of only 27 superintendents within this cohort from across the country to graduate with this certification.
