Harvard Community Unit School District 50 issued the following announcement on Feb 16.
Harvard CUSD 50 will be hosting a program called, Be Seen and Heard© 2.0 - a prevention-oriented child sexual abuse program, for all students. This program is designed to create an age-appropriate, safe and engaging environment where students will learn about the difference between safe and unsafe touch, and the importance of having trusted heroes.
Parents are invited to attend this special information meeting to preview the concepts of the Be Seen and Heard © 2.0 program prior to the schools holding the presentations. Deanna Hynes, motivational speaker, will be available for questions.
